Let Cameras Do the Talking

Infurnity is opening photography submissions for the first time! We sincerely invite photography enthusiasts to participate and interpret this year's theme through your unique lens—showcasing the vibrant spirit of Furtopia from your own perspective.

All submissions that meet the guidelines will be featured on our official website. Selected entries will be exhibited at the venue and included in the con book. Let your camera do the talking—make your images a part of this grand celebration!

Important Notices

  • Theme of this year : City
  • The photo must be taken by yourself and must include furry/animal-related image. These are not limited to fursuits or furry characters.
  • Any digital device capable of capturing images may be used, such as smartphones, digital cameras, or 360-degree cameras.
  • Files must be under 20MB in size, in JPG format, with a resolution of 300 dpi and a minimum of 5 megapixels.
  • Both portrait and landscape orientations are accepted, with no restriction on aspect ratio.
  • Adjustments such as color correction, exposure, tone, cropping, and minor blemish removal are allowed using image editing software.
  • However, large-scale modifications using software like Photoshop, or the use of AI-generated content, are strictly prohibited. Entries found to have such alterations upon review will be disqualified.
  • Only single-exposure images are allowed—multiple exposure techniques or composite layering in post-production are not permitted.
  • Submit at most 2 photos for each photographer.
  • You may submit both new and old photos, as long as they have not been previously submitted to other competitions in Taiwan or presented at previous Infurnity events.
  • Please make sure the content of your art is PG-13 and will not violate the public order or morality.
  • The submission will be automatically revoked if stealing, copying, heavily composited in post-production or using AI-generated is discovered.
  • Submitted photos must first be publicly posted online. Infurnity will promote your work on its social media pages.
  • The official jury team is going to review all the submitted works. The selected photos will be printed in our con book, as well as being the on-site decoration and promotional print materials.
  • The ownership of submitted photos will be shared between the photographer and Infurnity Taiwan Furry Convention. The photos may be used for the aforementioned purposes and future promotional use. Infurnity will not, and are not permitted to, use the photos for commercial product sales. 
  • For questions about how we choose selected photos, we are unable to provide specific information.
  • Joining the event and submitting your work implies your agreement to all the above regulations.
  • Once your photo has been chosen, you will be rewarded with one unique metal badge as our gratitude and appreciation.
  • You don’t need to register for Infurnity to join this event. Any applicant from across the globe is welcome!
  • Infurnity reserves the right to modify, cancel, add, or remove any content at any time. In case of disputes, Infurnity’s interpretation will prevail.

Submission

  1. Submission Deadline is AUG 31th, 2025.
  2. Files must be under 20MB in size, in JPG format, with a resolution of 300 dpi and a minimum of 5 megapixels.
  3. You must upload your photo to any social media (Twitter, Facebook, Bluesky… etc.) or artwork website (Furaffinity, DeviantArt, pixiv, etc.) and set the visibility to public.
  4. Tag with #Infurnity2025 in either the title or the keywords. Specify the Infurnity official website URL (https://www.infurnity.com) in the description.
  5. Fill out the form below and provide your photo hyperlink with original size.

FAQ

We welcome all photography, whether old or new!

Actually you don’t have to! We accept submissions from all over the world, which means there might be some participants who live literally on the other side of the earth! That having said, isn’t it nice to see your artwork showing up somewhere in the venue?

Glad you asked! In that case, you would be required to provide your shipping address, so that we could send the badge to you after Infurnity ends. If you decide to attend Infurnity, then we would just give it to you when you claim your badge.

Absolutely yes! Infurnity only serves as a medium for publication and promotion, and does not own the rights of the works.

After the submission deadline and our jury team has reviewed all the submissions, we will email you and let you know the result. All of the submissions no matter chosen or not will be showed on our website and re-tweet by us!
